What happens when the property needs maintenance?
We identify or receive reports of issues and coordinate the next steps within the agreed scope. Approval requirements, service providers and costs are defined with the owner.
Can I use my home for my own vacations?
We discuss your personal-use plans when preparing the agreement. Dates need to be coordinated with calendars and confirmed reservations, following the terms agreed with you.
